"Andy was my student at The Richard Ivey School of Business from 1997-1999 and distinguished himself at Ivey by his exceptional academic performance.

Andy was one of only six MBA students across Canada to be selected for the much coveted Nortel Global Challenge Scholarship for Cdn $ 30,000. He was also one of only three students in his MBA class of 210, to be awarded the Citibank award (Cdn $ 2,500) for academic excellence. He graduated from Ivey in the Dean's Honor List.

Andy led a team of four students in his second year Marketing Planning class on what is perhaps, the first research project on e-commerce at Ivey. The team provided valuable insights into Cisco System's fulfillment model that was closely integrated with marketing and sales, to deliver exceptional service to customers cost-effectively. He also delivered a significant research project as part of his consulting stream requirements in the third semester, that presented opportunities in unexplored segments in the consulting industry in Canada, for graduating MBA students from Ivey.

Andy Dé, by virtue of his academic performance and awards, has performed exceptionally well as a graduate student in the MBA class of 1999 at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. I wish him the very best in all his future endeavors."
